1. Ingredients- 1 lemon
A glass of warm water
Method: All you need to do is squeeze a whole lemon in a glass of warm water and drink it slowly on an empty stomach as the first thing in the morning.
2. Ingredients- Unsweetened cranberry juice
Water
Method: Mix two and a half table spoons of this cranberry juice in a cup of water and drink it before your meals as well as other times as well.
3. Ingredients- Nigella seed oil- ½ teaspoon

5. Ingredients: Fresh parsley
Juice of 1 whole lemon

Method : Blend the fresh parsley leaves well in a blender and then add the lemon juice to it. Finally, add the water and again blend again. Take this for 5 continuous days on an empty stomach. Take a 10 day break if you wish to repeat.
6. Ingredients: Green tea- 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick- ½ inch
Lemon- ¼
Honey- 2 tsp
Water- 1 glass
Method: Pour the steamed water on the rest of the ingredients and then allow it to steep for 3 minutes. Drink this concoction twice a day for better results.
