Peppermint tea is considered a very safe remedy for nausea, especially for women who are pregnant. Just add teaspoon of fresh or dry peppermint leaves to your black tea, with a little lemon juice and honey for taste and sip this tea.
You can also use the readily available peppermint tea bags for this purpose.
Rice water is considered one of the best and easiest of the 7 tips to get rid of nausea in 5 minutes. Take a cup of water and add a few grains of rice to it. Boil this for 15-20 minutes, strain the water and consume it slowly to get an instant relief from nausea.
Take a cup of hot, but not boiling, milk. Toast a bread with little unsalted butter and crush it into the milk. Consume this when you feel nauseous for an instant relief.
